At Frizto, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

1. Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

2. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Since our products are food items and consumables, cancellations for delivered products are generally not allowed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

 After reviewing the issue, Frizto may offer:

A replacement product, or Store credit/refund, depending on the situation.

Requests submitted after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Product Expectations

We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in packaging, texture, or appearance may occur naturally.

If you believe the product received is significantly different from what was shown on the website, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order. Our support team will review the concern and provide an appropriate solution.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, Frizto does not generally accept returns or provide refunds once products are delivered.

However, in exceptional cases involving:

1. Damaged products
2. Manufacturing defects
3. Wrong item delivery

Customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund after verification.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.

To process any claim, proof of purchase or order confirmation will be required.
